    摘要:

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)代果園低矮密植的種植特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)了3WZ-700型自走式果園風(fēng)送定向噴霧機(jī)。通過(guò)理論計(jì)算和虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)，完成整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和各關(guān)鍵部件技術(shù)參數(shù)的確定。設(shè)計(jì)了適應(yīng)于低矮密植果園的圓環(huán)雙流道風(fēng)送霧化裝置，確定葉輪直徑0.7m、出風(fēng)口寬度0.13 m。實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速0~2000 r/min的無(wú)級(jí)變速。田間試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，樹(shù)膛內(nèi)部枝葉正、反面霧滴附著率分別為61.22%、20.90%；樹(shù)膛外部枝葉正、反面霧滴附著率分別為77.22%、37.17%；作業(yè)效率為1.02 hm2/h。

    Abstract:

    According to modern orchard planting pattern, a kind of self-propelled air-blowing orchard sprayer was developed. Adopting theoretical calculation and virtual prototype technology, the whole structure design and the key components technical parameters were determined. A ring fan was designed for modern orchard. The impeller was 0.7 m and outlet width was 0.13 m. The step-less transmission of fan was accomplished from 0 to 2000 r/min. The field experiment showed that the front deposition reached to 61.22% and other side reached to 20.90% inside the trees. In the surface of the trees, the front deposition reached to 77.22% and other side reached to 37.17%. The operation efficiency reached to 1.02 hm2/h. 
