    摘要:

    針對(duì)籬壁式種植葡萄缺乏病蟲害防治專業(yè)施藥機(jī)具,農(nóng)藥利用率低等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了能夠?qū)⑽闯练e在靶標(biāo)上的農(nóng)藥?kù)F滴截留回收再利用的“Π”型循環(huán)噴霧機(jī),并測(cè)試了該噴霧機(jī)的藥液回收率與冠層中藥液沉積分布狀態(tài)。結(jié)果顯示:兩側(cè)噴桿交錯(cuò)噴霧和噴頭上仰能夠提高藥液回收率44.0%和18.4%,并能夠增加冠層內(nèi)部與葉片背面藥液沉積量。柵格端面罩蓋能夠有效改變氣流方向,提高藥液回收率10%以上。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the shortcomings of specialized plant protection machinery for trellised vine and the low-level efficiency of pesticide application, a Π-type recycling tunnel sprayer for the liquid that was not retained by the leaves was developed. Spray recycling and deposit in canopy were measured. Results showed that it could increase chemical recovery rate up to 44.0% and 18.4% respectively and increase the deposition on the underside of leaves and leaved inside canopy by assembling booms interlaced and turning nozzles upward. Grid end shield could deflect air direction effectively to increase chemical recovery rate more than 10%.
