    摘要:

    運(yùn)用彈流動(dòng)力潤(rùn)滑理論建立了傳動(dòng)裝置牽引特性計(jì)算模型,并通過(guò)Matlab建立了該傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真模型。通過(guò)仿真計(jì)算可知,在變速過(guò)程中,由于摩擦副存在滑滾比,牽引摩擦副所起的作用相當(dāng)于傳統(tǒng)變速箱的變矩器或主離合器,具有緩沖功能;并且在某一輸入轉(zhuǎn)速和法向加載力下,傳動(dòng)比越小,最大輸出轉(zhuǎn)速越大,但達(dá)到穩(wěn)定所用時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),同時(shí)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩和輸出角加速度響應(yīng)時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)。仿真結(jié)果反映了牽引傳動(dòng)裝置的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,為液壓壓緊式牽引傳動(dòng)裝置提供了準(zhǔn)確的分析方法。

    Abstract:

    The elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication theory was used for setting up transmission characteristics of traction calculation model. The dynamic simulation model of this system was established by using Matlab. From simulation results, traction friction pair was equivalent to traditional role of main gearbox or torque converter with a buffer function in the transmission process. When gave a input speed and a loading force, the smaller the speed ratio was, the greater the output speed was. But the time of achieving stabilization was longer at the same time, the response time of output torque and output angular acceleration was longer. The simulation results reflected the dynamics characteristic of traction transmission devices. It is provided an accurate method for hydraulic clamp traction transmission devices.
