    掌握農(nóng)產(chǎn)品目標害蟲的耐熱性對于確定熱處理殺蟲方法中熱處理溫度和時間非常重要,為此設計了一套加熱殺蟲過程中控制加熱速度和加熱溫度的試驗裝置。以AVR Atmega16單片機為控制器,Pt100為溫度傳感器,采用脈寬調制原理設計了害蟲耐熱性試驗裝置的溫度檢測和控制電路;利用單片機C語言設計了下位機控制程序,利用VB語言設計了上位機監(jiān)控軟件(包含數(shù)據(jù)輸出功能)。系統(tǒng)測試結果表明,10~70℃范圍內的溫度檢測精度為0.2℃,溫度控制精度為0.1℃,加熱速度可在0~15℃/min范圍內任意設定。

    Abstract:

    The thermal resistant characteristics of pests in agricultural products are important to determine the lethal temperature and time for thermal disinfestation methods. Therefore, a set of research system was designed and built to obtain the given heating rate and temperature required by thermal controls of pests. The temperature detection and control circuits were mainly developed by using AVR Atmega16 single chip microcomputer (SCM) as controller, Pt100 as temperature sensor, and pulse width modulation as temperature control method. The C language and VB software were used to control SCM procedure and personal computer monitoring/data acquisition, respectively. The running results showed that the temperature measurement and control accuracy was 0.2℃ and 0.1℃ for heating up to 10~70℃. The heating rate could be achieved over the range of 0~15℃/min.
