    摘要:

    研究了基于電控調(diào)壓器的增壓單燃料CNG發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng),在分析寬域氧傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了以MPC561為主芯片的寬域氧傳感器控制系統(tǒng),采用CJ125芯片設(shè)計(jì)了寬域氧驅(qū)動(dòng)電路以及加熱電路。設(shè)計(jì)了基于自適應(yīng)算法的空燃比閉環(huán)控制器,對(duì)氧傳感器加熱溫度進(jìn)行閉環(huán)控制和對(duì)空燃比進(jìn)行閉環(huán)控制。通過在天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)架上的空燃比閉環(huán)試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了所設(shè)計(jì)的空燃比自適應(yīng)閉環(huán)控制算法可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)空燃比的快速、精確瞬態(tài)控制,為發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)空燃比智能控制、提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和改善排放提供了條件。

    Abstract:

    The control system of boost CNG Engine based on electronic pressure regulator was studied. The structure and working principle of universal exhaust gas oxygen sensor were analyzed. Based on the main chip MPC561 and integrated CJ125, universal exhaust oxygen sensor control circuit and heater circuit were designed. Based on adaptive algorithm, the A/F ratio closed controller was designed and its control strategy of air-fuel closed loop was discussed. The CNG engine experiments of air-fuel ratio closed loop on bench test showed that the dynamic response of UEGO control system was rapid and accurate. Based on UEGO control system, the intelligent control of engine’s air-fuel ratio could be achieved, and the performance of economy and emission could be improved.
