    摘要:

    以深施型液態(tài)施肥機(jī)為依托，采用單片機(jī)作為核心處理器，以電磁比例調(diào)節(jié)閥為執(zhí)行部件，設(shè)計(jì)了深施型液態(tài)變量施肥控制系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)了與硬件配套的上位機(jī)軟件，用于采集數(shù)據(jù)與發(fā)送命令。噴肥針施肥量控制誤差臺架試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)深施型液態(tài)變量施肥，施肥誤差不超過0.5mL/次，滿足液態(tài)變量施肥作業(yè)要求。

    Abstract:

    A control system for variable rate fertilization, which depends on deep-fertilization liquid fertilizer applicator, was introduced. The single chip microcomputer was used as core processor and electromagnetic proportion regulator valve was used as execution unit. Software was designed for selecting data and sending commands. The test results in the test-bed showed that the system can complete the control of variable rate fertilization and the error of the variable fertilizing was less than 0.5 mL in each time, which meets the liquid fertilizer variables requirement. 
