    摘要:

    針對(duì)農(nóng)藥?kù)F滴難以在水稻葉片上沉積持留的問題,以葉片顯微結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)研究了藥液在水稻葉片的主要沉積部位。采用掃描電鏡法觀察研究了兩種水稻品種在分蘗期、孕穗期葉片正、反面的顯微結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)性狀作了數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,測(cè)得球粒狀乳突直徑為1.5~4.2 μm, 而鉤毛高度在70.4~154.5 μm,其尺寸差異很大并且單位面積上乳突數(shù)量較多。以水稻葉片濕潤(rùn)性理論分析為基礎(chǔ),推導(dǎo)了霧滴臨界脫落直徑。依據(jù)水稻葉片不同表面微結(jié)構(gòu)上農(nóng)藥?kù)F滴的脫落直徑,推斷農(nóng)藥?kù)F滴在水稻葉片上主要沉積部位為硅化木栓帶的鉤毛。通過滑石粉懸浮液噴霧試驗(yàn)及掃描電鏡法,驗(yàn)證了農(nóng)藥?kù)F滴主要沉積在水稻葉片的硅化木栓帶并且在鉤毛上最穩(wěn)定。

    Abstract:

    It is difficult for the chemical spray droplets to deposit on rice leaves. Thus, deposition area of chemical droplets on rice leaves was researched. Firstly, by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) method, the microstructure of both sides of two varieties rice leaf was observed in different growing stage(tillering stage and booting stage). And the mastoid diameter was 1.5~4.2 μm, while the length of hook hair was 70.4~154.5 μm. There was large difference in microstructure and more mastoid was in per unit area. Then, based on the rice leaf wetness theory, the calculation methods for fall-off critical droplet diameter were deduced. According to fall-off diameter size pesticide droplets on rice leaves in different surface microstructure, it deduced that the main deposited parts was the glochuid of silification-cork belt. Finally, rice leaf sprayed with talcum powder suspending liquid and SEM method was used to verify the pesticides deposition part. 
