    摘要:

    在一臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)速固定的火花點(diǎn)火發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上進(jìn)行了CO2稀釋對(duì)CO摻氫混合燃料的燃燒及排放性能影響的試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,氫氣較快的燃燒速度彌補(bǔ)了由于其熱值較低造成的對(duì)平均有效壓力的影響,使得在每個(gè)當(dāng)量比條件下平均有效壓力基本保持不變。同時(shí),摻氫對(duì)提升熱效率及燃燒穩(wěn)定性、改善CO以及NOx排放都有顯著作用。適當(dāng)?shù)腃O2稀釋對(duì)平均有效壓力和熱效率的影響均不明顯,而NOx排放水平則顯著下降。但是過(guò)高的稀釋率會(huì)導(dǎo)致部分燃燒,造成平均有效壓力、熱效率及CO排放的惡化。

    Abstract:

    The experiment of effect of CO2 dilution on combustion characteristics of H2-CO blended fuel by using a spark-ignition engine with fixed speed was carried out. The results showed that fast burning velocity of H2 offset its lower LHV, as a result, BMEP at each equivalent ratio kept almost constant. H2 substitution also benefited for thermal efficiency, engine stability, CO and NOx exhaust emissions. Suitable dilution hardly affected BMEP and thermal efficiency, but greatly reduced NOx emission. However, excess dilution induced to partial burn, which was bad for all these parameters of BMEP, thermal efficiency and CO emission.
