    摘要:

    通過引入固定、浮動坐標(biāo)系和支撐函數(shù)法，揭示瞬時一維直線區(qū)域和投影得到瞬時區(qū)間套，進(jìn)而提出推程、回程和整程區(qū)間套等概念，給出了求解平底方位線容許選擇區(qū)域、凸輪基圓半徑r0許用取值范圍的基本原理，推導(dǎo)得到求解計算的一整套通用解析公式，得到解存在性和存在性態(tài)的系列判據(jù)，解決了作平面運動平底從動件盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的第Ⅱ類機(jī)構(gòu)綜合問題。

    Abstract:

    By using fixed/floating coordinate system and the support function method, the instantaneous 1-D linear area and interval sets were proposed. The rise motion, return motion and whole motion interval sets were put forward. The basic principles of solving the allowable selected area of the flat-faced line and the allowable value range of the cam basic radius were proposed. The analytic formulae were derived. Then the analytical criterion of the solution existence and its existing form were obtained. The class Ⅱ synthesis of disc cam mechanism with flat-faced follower in planar motion was resolved. 
