    摘要:

    利用“慣容-彈簧-質(zhì)量”系統(tǒng)的反共振,提出一種理想天棚阻尼的被動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,設(shè)計(jì)了被動(dòng)天棚阻尼懸架系統(tǒng),建立懸架系統(tǒng)的整車模型,對比分析了傳統(tǒng)被動(dòng)、理想天棚及被動(dòng)天棚阻尼懸架系統(tǒng)性能。結(jié)果表明,與傳統(tǒng)被動(dòng)懸架相比,被動(dòng)天棚阻尼懸架能夠抑制車身在1~3 Hz的垂直、俯仰和側(cè)傾振動(dòng),車身垂直、俯仰和側(cè)傾加速度均方根值,分別減小了14%、14.6%和9.3%,被動(dòng)天棚阻尼懸架能夠提高車輛的乘坐舒適性,實(shí)現(xiàn)理想天棚阻尼懸架的主要功能,研究結(jié)果從理論上驗(yàn)證了理想天棚阻尼被動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法的正確性與有效性。

    Abstract:

    Based on inerter-spring-damper structural system, a passive realization method of ideal skyhook damping was presented by using the anti-resonance of the inerter-spring-mass system. A passive skyhook-damping suspension system was designed. The whole car model of the suspension was built to compare the performance of conventional passive, ideal skyhook-damping and passive skyhook-damping suspensions. The results showed that in contrast to conventional suspension, passive skyhook-damping suspension could suppress vertical, pitch and roll vibration of vehicle body with frequency of 1~3 Hz. The RMS values of vertical, pitch and roll acceleration reduced by 14%, 14.6% and 9.3%, respectively. The proposed suspension could improve ride comfort and achieve the main functions of ideal skyhook-damping suspension. The results also indicated that the passive realization method of ideal skyhook damping was corrective and effective. 
