    摘要:

    為提高T-TDR(Thermal-time domain reflectance)土壤水分傳感器的測量準(zhǔn)確度,優(yōu)化傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),對比研究了熱電偶結(jié)點(diǎn)嵌入位置和大小對T-TDR傳感器熱特性敏感度和測量精度的影響規(guī)律。設(shè)計熱電偶結(jié)點(diǎn)分別在探針中點(diǎn)和中點(diǎn)下移2mm處的位置,通過點(diǎn)焊方式減小熱電偶結(jié)點(diǎn)體積,制作出3種類型的T-TDR傳感器及其測定系統(tǒng)。分別在砂土、砂質(zhì)壤土、粘壤土的5種不同含水率條件下對3種傳感器進(jìn)行熱特性試驗(yàn),測定其熱特性曲線并計算含水率,利用干燥法進(jìn)行精度檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,熱電偶在中點(diǎn)位置下移2mm及采用點(diǎn)焊方式小結(jié)點(diǎn)的傳感器對中間探針的輻射熱量較其他兩類傳感器敏感,靈敏度也較高,含水量測定結(jié)果與干燥法測量值有較好的相關(guān)性(R 2 為0.981,RMSE為0.0152),測量精度比傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的傳感器有所提高。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the measurement accuracy of T-TDR sensor and optimize its structure parameters, the rules of the thermocouple node embedded positions and size to its sensitivity and accuracy were studied. Based on the node in the probe middle, midpoint moving down 2mm and reducing the volume thermocouple nodes by spot welding, three kinds of T-TDR sensors and their measuring system were designed. The five different water content of each sandy, sandy loam and clay loam were tested to measure the thermal characteristic curves and calculate its water content. Oven drying method was used to test accuracy. The results showed that the thermocouple on the probe midpoint moving down 2mm and spot welding junction was more sensitive to the radiant heat of the 〖JP3〗intermediate probe than the other sensors. The measurement value of moisture content had good correlation (R2 of 0.981, RMSE of 0.0152) between drying method. The measurement accuracy was higher than traditional structural parameters.
