    以雞糞、豬糞、麥稈和玉米稈為發(fā)酵原料,采用混料設(shè)計(jì)和中心組合試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)雞糞、豬糞、麥稈和雞糞、豬糞、玉米稈原料混合厭氧發(fā)酵進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化?;炝显O(shè)計(jì)以3種原料為自變量,中心組合設(shè)計(jì)以雞糞與豬糞的比例和碳氮比為自變量,均以甲烷產(chǎn)量為響應(yīng)變量。結(jié)果表明,3種原料混合厭氧發(fā)酵的甲烷產(chǎn)量顯著高于單一原料及兩種原料混合發(fā)酵;多原料間在發(fā)酵過程中的協(xié)同作用提高了甲烷產(chǎn)量,在優(yōu)化配比下,各試驗(yàn)組實(shí)際甲烷產(chǎn)量分別是其期望值的1.62、1.70、1.66和1.73倍?;炝显O(shè)計(jì)和中心組合設(shè)計(jì)均可優(yōu)化混合原料發(fā)酵的原料配比,但中心組合設(shè)計(jì)具有更廣泛的適用性。

    Abstract:

    Chicken manure, swine manure, wheat straw and corn straw were selected as raw materials for optimization of anaerobic co-digestion based on mixture design and central composite design. Three raw materials in mixture design were independent variables. The ratio of chicken manure and swine manure and the ratio of carbon and hydrogen in central composite design were independent variables. The methane potential was the response variable. The results indicated that the methane potential under co-digestion of three materials performed better than single and two components. The synergy effect of several materials improved the methane potential. Under optimized proportions, the actual methane potential was 1.62, 1.70, 1.66 and 1.73 higher than the expected value. Both mixture and central composite design were suitable for optimization the proportions of raw materials, but central composite design was more appropriate.
