    摘要:

    為了研究高速滾珠絲杠進(jìn)給伺服系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,提出了一種建立進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)機(jī)械子系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)模型的混合建模方法,采用帶有軸向和扭轉(zhuǎn)自由度的歐拉-伯努利梁?jiǎn)卧枋鼋z杠的軸向、扭轉(zhuǎn)和彎曲振動(dòng),采用集中參數(shù)方法描述交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)子系統(tǒng)和進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)的其余部件,建立了包含摩擦、間隙非線性因素及外切削力干擾的柔性進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了混合模型能夠較準(zhǔn)確反映機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)特性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,數(shù)值仿真分析表明,低速運(yùn)動(dòng)中摩擦和間隙非線性會(huì)導(dǎo)致進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生較大的速度波動(dòng),在高速運(yùn)動(dòng)中機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的軸向和扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)不穩(wěn)定。

    Abstract:

    In order to get the structural dynamic of the high speed ball screw driven servomechanism, a hybrid modeling method was proposed. The proposed model took the axial, torsional and bending vibrations of the screw into consideration by the Euler-Bernoulli beam elements with axial and torsional theories. The servo subsystems and the other more rigid components were modeled by the lumped parameter method. The flexible ball screw feed drive servomechanism was proposed, including the friction, backlash and the cutting disturbance. Compared with the experimental results, the hybrid model could accurately capture the structural dynamics of ball screw drives. Numerical simulation indicated that the nonlinearities of friction and backlash could cause velocity fluctuations at the low speed. The torsional and axial vibrations made the servo system unstable, especially in the high speed application.
