    摘要:

    基于流量遞減式球活塞車輛轉(zhuǎn)向泵的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,從力平衡和流量平衡出發(fā),構(gòu)建了該泵的動態(tài)特性方程組,據(jù)此對該泵的變流量控制特性進行了仿真和試驗研究。結(jié)果表明,該泵轉(zhuǎn)速在超過開啟轉(zhuǎn)速之后,泵的輸出流量增速不升反降,與車輛行駛速度越高,需要的轉(zhuǎn)向力越低的實際工況完全同步,為智能化車輛轉(zhuǎn)向泵的研制奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of the structure and working principles of a ball piston vehicle steering pump, the dynamic characteristic equations of the new pump were set up from the force and flow balance. Then based on those equations, the corresponding simulations and experimental investigation were carried out. The results indicated that the output flow would decrease drastically when the rotation speed of the pump exceeded the opening speed of rotation, which met the requirements of the vehicle steering working condition.
