    針對我國農業(yè)機械分布范圍廣、作業(yè)環(huán)境惡劣且數(shù)量繁多,采用人工監(jiān)測機具運行狀態(tài)將造成大量人力物力的消耗,自動化水平低;而傳統(tǒng)的在線監(jiān)測方式對于大范圍測量存在費用高、采集精度差及能耗大等問題,建立了農業(yè)機械機群遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。其硬件設備由集成GSM和GPS技術的遠程數(shù)據(jù)采集器及工程信號接收器組成,實現(xiàn)了農業(yè)機械作業(yè)狀態(tài)、收獲面積及地理信息等的自動監(jiān)測及數(shù)據(jù)的主動上傳;基于LabWindows/CVI的柔性化遠程數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測中心,采用面向對象的軟件復用方法,可針對機群中不同類型農業(yè)機械、不同測控任務高效地開發(fā)專用測控軟件,實現(xiàn)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的實時顯示、保存、地理信息的準確定位及行駛軌跡的動態(tài)跟隨;通過調用Microsoft Access數(shù)據(jù)庫,監(jiān)測中心將單機使用狀況及時匯報給系統(tǒng)管理員,為農業(yè)機械機群的分配、組合和集中管理提供可靠依據(jù)。通過田間試驗表明,該系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)膶崟r性、采集數(shù)據(jù)的準確性都達到了聯(lián)合收獲機機群遠程監(jiān)測的要求;采用軟件復用的設計思想,大大提高了面向對象的專用測控軟件的開發(fā)效率。

    Abstract:

    With the features of wide distribution, adverse environment and large numbers of agricultural machinery in our country, it could cause a lot of manpower and material consumption to use technologists to follow-up and detect agricultural machinery for long-term, and it is low level of automation. Also there are some problems such like high cost, poor accuracy in acquisition and energy-wasting in the traditional online monitoring methods. Thus, a remote monitoring system for a group of agricultural machinery was established. Remote data acquisition integrated with GSM and GPS technology and engineering signal receiver were consisted in the hardware device; and the features such like automatic monitoring of operating status, harvesting areas and geographic information, and data uploads actively were implemented. Flexible remote data monitoring centre based on LabWindows/CVI was developed using a shared set of parameters architecture, and specific measurement and control software aiming at different kinds of agricultural machinery group and different tasks could be efficiently developed by users. The goals of real-time displaying of uploaded data, saving data, accurate positioning of geography information and following of running track were realized by monitoring center. Combined with a Microsoft Access database management system, dynamic combination and centralized group management of agricultural machinery were realized. Through a field test, it shows that the requirements of on-site real-time data transmission and accuracy data collection of agricultural machinery are implemented by the system. By the shared set of parameters of architecture, the efficiency of software development for object-oriented measurement and control system is greatly improved.
