摘要:

為使機(jī)床精度設(shè)計(jì)有定量的理論數(shù)值供參考，依據(jù)線性空間集合與映射的數(shù)學(xué)理論，以多體系統(tǒng)誤差建模理論為基礎(chǔ)，建立了機(jī)床幾何誤差綜合作用時(shí)的產(chǎn)品加工質(zhì)量近似模型。運(yùn)用蒙特卡羅法對(duì)滿足加工精度要求的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)抽樣，從而依據(jù)近似模型逆向推導(dǎo)數(shù)控機(jī)床各軸幾何精度。以螺旋錐齒輪銑齒機(jī)各軸精度逆設(shè)計(jì)為例，近似模型以顯式的方式揭示了機(jī)床幾何誤差和齒面加工誤差間的定量關(guān)系，可有效地依據(jù)齒輪精度要求逆向推導(dǎo)機(jī)床各軸幾何精度。

Abstract:

Usually machine geometry precision design is preformed depending on human experience but not reference data form design theory. To learn numerical effect an approximate model of relationship between machine geometry precision and product machining precision is provided based on multibody theory. The analysis results by Monte Carlo sampling would deduce geometry precision of each axis in machine. Taking geometry precision design of spiral bevel gear milling machine as an example, the approximate model well explains effect of machine geometry error on gear product surface machining quality by explicit. Then geometry precision of each axis is obtained by mapping from tooth surface machining precision.
