    摘要:

    針對(duì)液壓插裝閥的主閥都采用平底斷面,但在計(jì)算流量時(shí)卻采用按完整錐面錐閥導(dǎo)出的過(guò)流面積計(jì)算公式,從而造成非常大的計(jì)算誤差、不能準(zhǔn)確指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)題,采用CFD流場(chǎng)可視化仿真對(duì)錐臺(tái)形錐閥的出流特性進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)分析閥內(nèi)流場(chǎng)參數(shù)分布特征,判斷錐閥過(guò)流斷面位置,提出了轉(zhuǎn)折開口度的概念。得出錐臺(tái)形錐閥的閥芯在大行程范圍移動(dòng)時(shí)過(guò)流斷面面積變化存在關(guān)鍵的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),不同行程范圍不同內(nèi)外流流動(dòng)狀況過(guò)流斷面位置不同,相對(duì)應(yīng)的面積計(jì)算公式也不同。采用新的面積計(jì)算公式,可以比較準(zhǔn)確地計(jì)算錐臺(tái)形錐閥的過(guò)流面積和通過(guò)閥的流量。同時(shí),對(duì)比內(nèi)外流流動(dòng)狀況的閥內(nèi)流場(chǎng)特征,結(jié)合確立的過(guò)流斷面,指出對(duì)于錐臺(tái)形錐閥流動(dòng)應(yīng)考慮孔口節(jié)流損失和進(jìn)出閥口局部損失的混合作用,內(nèi)外流流動(dòng)時(shí)進(jìn)出閥口局部損失的不同是內(nèi)外流流量特性不同的根源。

    Abstract:

    It exits large computational error that the computational formula derived from the untrucated poppet valve is adopted for the cross section area of the truncated popper valve. The flow pattern of the truncated poppet valve was studied with CFD visual algorithm. The position of cross section was confirmed based on the flow filed characteristics and the concept of the turn opening position was proposed. It was concluded that the cross section area of valve had a key turning point when the stroke of truncated poppet valve was large. The established technique and computational formula of the cross section was differed from the stroke and the converging/diverging flow. The result of the cross section area and the flow rate was more exactitude by adopting the new computational formula for the truncated poppet valve than by adopting the traditional formula. Comparing the flow filed characteristics of diverging flow with that of the converging flow, it was pointed out that the channel flow in the truncated poppet valve should consider the throttling pressure loss and the local pressure loss. It was summarized that the difference of the flow filed characteristics was induced by the local pressure loss.
