    摘要:

    為優(yōu)化離心泵負載與光伏系統(tǒng)的匹配特性,首先根據晴天光照分布特征通過系統(tǒng)配置估算方法得到所需離心泵負載在最高光照時的基本配置參數,然后根據離心泵運行的流量和揚程特性,采取不同額定流量與最大流量之比與系統(tǒng)匹配,分別對不同匹配下的系統(tǒng)性能進行分析,最后選取較優(yōu)性能下的負載參數對泵選型并進行實驗。結果表明:流量揚程特性曲線較斜的離心泵更適合于光伏水泵全工況運行,系統(tǒng)效率隨離心泵的最大光照時流量與額定流量比值增大而增大,比值在1.1~1.2的離心泵,其系統(tǒng)全天具有較高的效率。研究結果可為光伏離心泵負載選型及優(yōu)化提供參考。

    Abstract:

    With the aim to optimize the centrifugal pump load matching characteristics with a photovoltaic system, a method to estimate the system configurations was established at first. In sunny conditions, the basic parameters of centrifugal pumps in the highest solar radiation level were obtained through this method. Several sets of centrifugal pumps with different ratios between rated flow and maximum flow were matched with the PV system, and the system performances in different conditions were analyzed. According to the results of comparisons, a group of load characteristic parameters were selected for selecting pump model and testing. Results show that the more oblique of the characteristic curve of centrifugal pumps, the more suitable for the PV system. The efficiency of this system increases with the ratio between maximum flow and rated flow, and is higher when the ratio is between 1.1~1.2. This study provides a reference for PV centrifugal pumps load model selection and optimization.
