    摘要:

    糧層內(nèi)部通風(fēng)阻力特性是影響干燥均勻性和能量損耗的關(guān)鍵因素之一。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式存在精度偏低、未考慮糧層多孔介質(zhì)的復(fù)雜變化因素和非線性的不確定性問題,基于傳統(tǒng)的Ergun模型進(jìn)行了壓力損失因素分析;在通風(fēng)阻力試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)測(cè)定試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),通過探索性分析方法對(duì)風(fēng)速進(jìn)行分段,引入誤差影響因子λ,導(dǎo)出了一種新的基于多孔介質(zhì)Ergun的稻谷變層壓力場(chǎng)模型;給出了優(yōu)化阻力特性曲線,構(gòu)建了變層阻力與層厚的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證實(shí),風(fēng)速小于0.2m/s時(shí),λ取值為1;風(fēng)速在0.2~0.4m/s范圍內(nèi)時(shí),λ取值為0.89;風(fēng)速在0.4~0.6m/s范圍內(nèi)時(shí),λ取值為0.79。

    Abstract:

    Ventilation resistance characteristic of grain layer is the key influence factor to the drying uniformity and energy consumption, is also the theoretical foundation parameter for layer design and fan selection. The traditional empirical formulas of ventilation resistance of grain layer are low precision and ignore the complicated changes and nonlinear uncertainty problems of grain layer porous media. The pressure loss factors were discussed based on the traditional Ergun model. By testing the airflow resistance on test platform, dividing the air velocity into subsections by the exploratory analysis method, and introducing an error influence factor λ, a new pressure field model of variable layer was derived based on the Ergun model. The optimal resistance characteristic curve was given, and the relationship between the ventilation resistance and layer thickness was built. The results show that when the air velocity is less than 0.2m/s, the λ is 1; when the velocity is between 0.2m/s and 0.4m/s, the λ is 0.89; and when the velocity is between 0.4m/s and 0.6m/s, the λ is 0.79.
