    基于三維粘性不可壓縮流體雷諾平均應(yīng)力方程和k-ε雙方程湍流模型,采用數(shù)值計算方法對車路空氣動力場進行了分析,探討了車輪前后空氣壓力與車速的關(guān)系,揭示了高速行駛時車輪前后空氣壓力的變化規(guī)律,研制了基于車載平臺的空氣動力場測試裝置。通過實車對車輪前后的空氣壓力進行了測試,試驗結(jié)果與計算結(jié)果基本吻合,表明該裝置能夠準確測量實際空氣壓力,為車路系統(tǒng)空氣動力場的研究提供了一種有效手段。

    Abstract:

    Strong aerodynamic force is generated between the wheels and road surface while a vehicle is moving fast on the road. As a result, the road surface is stroked by instantaneous and repeated aerodynamic force. For porous asphalt pavement, the repeated air pressure acted on the pavement would cause changes of water vapour state within, leading to pavement damage. Based on the 3D viscous incompressible Reynolds-averaged Navier-stokes equations and turbulence model k-ε double equation model, the aerodynamic field between the vehicle and pavement was analyzed with numerical computing methods. The relationships between air pressures around the wheels and vehicle speed were studied. The variations of the air pressures at the front and back of the wheel were obtained. A vehicle-mounted aerodynamic field testing device was developed. Air pressures of the front and back of moving wheels were measured with the vehicle-mounted device. Testing results agreed with numerical calculation. It was indicated that the developed device could be used to investigate the aerodynamic field in vehicle-pavement system.
