    摘要:

    在滿足國(guó)V排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的柴油機(jī)上進(jìn)行燃用國(guó)V柴油混合不同比例餐飲廢油制生物柴油的試驗(yàn),探究柴油機(jī)的常規(guī)排放變化與生物柴油理化特性的相關(guān)性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,摻混生物柴油之后,生物柴油的高含氧量使柴油機(jī)NOx排放量有所升高,但整體升幅不大,不同混合比例生物柴油的NOx排放量均與高溫燃域高度相關(guān),并可擬合為R2大于0.97的對(duì)數(shù)函數(shù)曲線;THC和CO排放量下降,與生物柴油高含氧量相關(guān),對(duì)于不同混合比例的生物柴油,THC和CO排放都與燃燒持續(xù)期高度相關(guān),均可以與之?dāng)M合為R2大于0.96的冪函數(shù)曲線;總顆粒數(shù)和核態(tài)顆粒數(shù)升高,聚集態(tài)顆粒數(shù)下降,核態(tài)顆粒數(shù)上升,與生物柴油粘度、硫含量高相關(guān),聚集態(tài)顆粒數(shù)下降與生物柴油的高含氧量相關(guān)。

    Abstract:

    An experimental study was carried on a Chinese V diesel engine fueled with Chinese V diesel blended with waste cooking oil biodiesel. The correlation between the characteristics of biodiesel and regulated emissions was investigated. The result shows that when fueled with blended fuel, higher oxygen content of the blended fuel led to higher NOx emission, but the increased extent was not obvious. NOx emission of all fuel was highly correlated with high temperature combustion field and R2 of their logarithmic function fitting curve was more than 0.97. Higher oxygen content of blend fuels led to lower THC and CO emissions.THC and CO emissions were highly correlated with combustion duration and R2 of their power function fitting curve was more than 0.96. The total particle number and nuclei mode particle number were higher, and the accumulation mode particle number was lower.Higher nuclei mode particle number was related to higher viscosity and sulfur content, and lower accumulation mode particle number was related to higher oxygen content.
