    摘要:

    對(duì)高壓共軌系統(tǒng)中的電磁閥噴油器進(jìn)行建模,所建模型考慮流量限制閥和T型管的影響,考慮燃油流動(dòng)時(shí)的壓力損失且確定了損失的形式及施加位置,燃油密度和彈性模量?jī)H視為壓力的函數(shù)。通過Simulink仿真得到模型結(jié)果,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比以評(píng)價(jià)模型優(yōu)劣。結(jié)果表明,考慮流量限制閥和T型管的噴油器模型仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果誤差不超過6%,不考慮二者影響的模型仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果偏差較大;燃油密度、彈性模量視為常數(shù)時(shí)的模型仿真結(jié)果與將二者視為壓力函數(shù)時(shí)的仿真結(jié)果相差較小,且與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的仿真誤差均不超過6%。

    Abstract:

    The model of solenoid valve injector in high pressure common rail system is presented. The model considers the influences of flow limiting valve, T type pipe and the pressure loss caused by fuel flow. The forms and positions of the pressure loss were determined. In the model the fuel density and elastic modulus are only viewed as the functions of fuel pressure. The results obtained by Simulink software were compared with experimental results in order to assess the model. Results show that the simulation error of the model considering flow limit valve and T type pipe influences to the experimental results is less than 6%, while the results without these considerations have larger difference from the experimental results. The simulation difference between the model that views fuel density and elastic modulus as constants and the model that views both of them as the functions of pressure is small. The errors of the two models to the experimental results are less than 6%.
