    摘要:

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)有全喂入式水稻聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)風(fēng)篩式清選裝置中單風(fēng)道離心風(fēng)機(jī)的缺點(diǎn),運(yùn)用Solidworks軟件建立了雙出風(fēng)口多風(fēng)道離心風(fēng)機(jī)的流道模型,利用ICEM軟件進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)格劃分,并用Fluent軟件對(duì)雙出風(fēng)口多風(fēng)道離心風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行了三維數(shù)值模擬,確定了風(fēng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。改進(jìn)后風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)部流場仿真結(jié)果表明:雙出風(fēng)口多風(fēng)道離心風(fēng)機(jī)的上出風(fēng)口和葉輪外邊緣處氣流速度較大,葉輪流道的壓力沿徑向逐步增大,下出風(fēng)口Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的氣流速度逐步增大,風(fēng)速衰減距離增加,有利于氣流覆蓋整個(gè)篩面;上出風(fēng)口處橫向氣流基本成層狀分布,下出風(fēng)口的3個(gè)風(fēng)道橫向氣流呈中間高兩邊低的對(duì)稱分布,存在明顯的邊界效應(yīng)。分析了風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)風(fēng)口直徑和分風(fēng)板角度的變化對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)部流場分布、出風(fēng)口風(fēng)速、風(fēng)量的影響:上出風(fēng)口和下出風(fēng)口Ⅱ和Ⅲ的風(fēng)速、風(fēng)量和壓力最大值隨風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的增加逐步增大;各出風(fēng)口的風(fēng)量及風(fēng)速最大值隨進(jìn)風(fēng)口直徑減小(或增加)而減?。ɑ蛟黾樱?,其中下出風(fēng)口Ⅰ變化較明顯;上、下分風(fēng)板角度的改變使得下出風(fēng)口的風(fēng)速和風(fēng)量發(fā)生了較大變化。

    Abstract:

    Centrifugal fan is one of the important parts of the combine harvester, and study on its internal flow field distribution is of great importance for the structural design of the fan. Single duct centrifugal fan is commonly used in air-and-screen cleaning device of the existing full-feed rice combine. And it has the problems of unstable internal flow field, uneven outlet velocity and fast wind speed attenuation. In order to solve those problems, the channel model of the fan was established by using Solidworks software. Meshing it with ICEM software and simulating it in Fluent software, the internal flow field in centrifugal fan was simulated. The results showed that the wind speed at upper outlet and external rim of impeller was larger, and the pressure of impeller runner increased along radial direction. The wind speed of lower outlet Ⅰand Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased successively, and the decline rate decreased, which was useful for the air flow covering the whole sifter. Transverse air flow was nearly layered distribution on the upper outlet. Transverse air flow of middle outlet among three lower outlets was the largest, and that of other two outlets were symmetric. Maximum value of wind speed, air quantity and pressure of upper outlet and lower outlet Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased with fan speed increasing. Maximum value of each outlet’s air quantity and wind speed decreased with inlet diameter decreasing and the change of lower outletⅠwas more obvious. Variation of upper and lower separating board angle had a great change on wind speed and air quantity of lower outlet. The research of this paper provides basis for designing double outlet and multi-duct centrifugal fan.
