    摘要:

    針對(duì)當(dāng)前微生物肥料中圓褐固氮菌濃度檢測(cè)方法耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、自動(dòng)化程度低等缺點(diǎn),提出了一種基于微流控芯片的圓褐固氮菌濃度檢測(cè)方法。設(shè)計(jì)了具有自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣、混合稀釋以及電化學(xué)循環(huán)伏安檢測(cè)等功能的微流控芯片,構(gòu)建了微流控檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),優(yōu)化了系統(tǒng)中的進(jìn)樣速度、掃描速率等工藝參數(shù),并對(duì)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,與國(guó)標(biāo)平板計(jì)數(shù)法相比,所提出方法不僅能夠滿足微生物肥料檢測(cè)的精度要求,而且具備較快的檢測(cè)速度及較高的檢測(cè)自動(dòng)化程度。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the concentration detection of Azotobacter chroococcum in microbial fertilizer suffers from time consuming and low automation level, a detecting method of Azotobacter chroococcum concentration based on microfluidic chip was proposed.A dedicated microfluidic chip with automatic sample injecting, dilution and cyclic voltammetry detection was designed, and the experiment platform based on microfluidic detection system was bulit. The optimum scan rate and feed rate of concentration detection in the microfluidic detection system were determined, and the performance index of the system was experimentally verified. Experiment results showed that, compared with plate counting method, the proposed method met the requirement of microbial fertilizer detection and realized rapid detection with increased automation.
