    以豬糞物料為研究對象,基于去離子水分散、熱風(fēng)干燥-機(jī)械振蕩、真空冷凍干燥-機(jī)械振蕩3種分散預(yù)處理方法,分別采用激光粒度分析、掃描電鏡分析、動態(tài)圖像分析法測定其粒度分布和特征參數(shù)。掃描電鏡觀察結(jié)果表明,豬糞顆粒屬于不規(guī)則顆粒;熱風(fēng)干燥-機(jī)械振蕩分散后的樣品存在較多團(tuán)聚體。不同分散預(yù)處理的測定結(jié)果顯示,因豬糞樣品部分組分的可溶性和熱風(fēng)干燥-機(jī)械振蕩過程中的團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象,宜優(yōu)選真空冷凍干燥-機(jī)械振蕩作為分散預(yù)處理方法。3種測量方法所獲參數(shù)存在差異,其中,動態(tài)圖像分析法由于采用直接測量原理和動態(tài)檢測過程,可優(yōu)選其作為檢測畜禽糞便物料粒度分布的方法。基于真空冷凍干燥-機(jī)械振蕩分散預(yù)處理和動態(tài)圖像分析法,獲取豬糞顆粒的縱橫比和球形度分別為0.57±0.01和0.61±0.01,中值粒徑為(501±16)μm,粒度分布寬度參數(shù)為1.45±0.04。

    Abstract:

    Quantitative characterization of particle morphology of manure is one of the key factors for modeling the fluid flow and degradation mechanism during manure management. This study applied three dispersion pretreatments (water dispersion, oven drying-mechanical vibration and vacuum freeze drying-mechanical vibration) and three analysis methods (scanning electron microscopy, dynamic image analysis and laser particle size analysis) to explore the particle size distribution and microscopic properties of pig manure. Scanning electron micrographs showed that manure particles had an irregular shape; the oven dried mechanically vibrated sample had more aggregates. The comparison between the results of different pretreatments indicated that the vacuum freeze drying-mechanical vibration could be selected as the preferred method because of the soluble components of manure and the aggregates generated during the oven drying process. There were differences in the values of characteristic parameters obtained by three analysis methods, and the dynamic image analysis was suggested as an effective method because of the direct measurement of particle morphology and the high degree of automation. Based on the optimized methods, the median diameter of manure particles was (501±16)μm, the span of particle size distribution was 1.45±0.04, and the shape factors including the aspect ratio and sphericity were 0.57±0.01 and 0.61±0.01, respectively.
