    摘要:

    針對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)的中小型鋼輥式圓捆機(jī)收獲完整稻稈易產(chǎn)生堵塞的問(wèn)題,利用自行設(shè)計(jì)的鋼輥式圓捆機(jī)(草捆直徑約500 mm)試驗(yàn)裝置對(duì)其打捆過(guò)程進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)高速攝像分析可知:旋轉(zhuǎn)草芯形成過(guò)程實(shí)質(zhì)上是稻稈在卷壓室內(nèi)連續(xù)卷繞累積的過(guò)程,形成的旋轉(zhuǎn)草芯可對(duì)后續(xù)喂入的稻稈產(chǎn)生較大的牽帶作用,進(jìn)而消除打捆堵塞。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)分析可知,旋轉(zhuǎn)草芯形成過(guò)程主要依靠鋼輥對(duì)稻稈的摩擦牽引及后續(xù)喂入稻稈的持續(xù)推動(dòng)完成的,據(jù)此,針對(duì)影響鋼輥式圓捆機(jī)形成旋轉(zhuǎn)草芯的主要因素——鋼輥對(duì)稻稈的摩擦作用、撿拾器彈齒端點(diǎn)線速度以及稻稈喂入量為試驗(yàn)因素,以旋轉(zhuǎn)草芯形成時(shí)的干物質(zhì)質(zhì)量為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:各因素對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)草芯形成時(shí)的干物質(zhì)質(zhì)量貢獻(xiàn)率從大到小依次為:鋼輥對(duì)稻稈的摩擦作用、撿拾器彈齒端點(diǎn)線速度、稻稈喂入量。當(dāng)因素參數(shù)組合為鋼輥與稻稈間的滑動(dòng)摩擦因數(shù)約0.65、撿拾器彈齒端點(diǎn)線速度2.23 m/s、稻稈喂入量1.5 kg/s時(shí),旋轉(zhuǎn)草芯形成時(shí)的干物質(zhì)質(zhì)量為1.58 kg。研究結(jié)果可為鋼輥式圓捆機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)及其作業(yè)參數(shù)優(yōu)化提供理論及技術(shù)依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at plugging problem of baling intact rice straw by the domestic small and midsize steel-roll round baler, baling process was studied by the self-made steel-roll round baler (diameter of bale was 500 mm). The forming process of rotary straw core was essentially the process of inwinding and continuous accumulation of rice straw in baling chamber by analysis using high-speed camera. Large traction, which was produced by the rotary straw core on the subsequent feeding rice straw, was beneficial to eliminate baling plugging. Test results showed that the formation of rotary straw core mainly depended on the friction of the steel rolls on rice straw and the sustained driving force of the subsequent feeding rice straw, and the main influencing factors were analyzed. The main influencing factors were as follows: friction effect of the steel roll on rice straw, linear velocity of spring-finger and feeding quantity of rice straw. The dry mass of rotary straw core was decided as the evaluation index, and the Design-Expert software was used to optimize the level of each factor. The contributing rate of each factor on the dry mass of rotary straw core was as follows: friction effect of the steel roll on rice straw, linear velocity of spring-finger, feeding quantity of rice straw. When the parameters of sliding friction coefficient between steel and rice straw was 0.65, the linear velocity of spring-finger was 2.23 m/s and the feeding quantity of rice straw was 1.5 kg/s, the dry mass of rotary straw core was 1.58 kg. The research results can be used to support innovative design and parameters optimization of steel-roll round baler.
