    在構(gòu)建高壓回路EGR渦輪增壓柴油機(jī)氣路系統(tǒng)動態(tài)模型基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了柴油機(jī)進(jìn)排氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的龍貝格觀測器,實現(xiàn)對柴油機(jī)進(jìn)排氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的估計;利用李雅普諾夫穩(wěn)定性原理對設(shè)計的觀測器進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性分析,分析結(jié)果顯示,設(shè)計的進(jìn)排氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)觀測器滿足穩(wěn)定性要求,可以用于進(jìn)排氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的估計;由于進(jìn)氣歧管不宜安裝寬裕氧傳感器(UEGO),進(jìn)氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)難以測到,本文推導(dǎo)出一種進(jìn)氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的計算方法,并對推導(dǎo)出的計算方法進(jìn)行了仿真對比驗證,結(jié)果表明,該計算方法能夠?qū)M(jìn)氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行比較精確的計算估計;最后,對設(shè)計的進(jìn)排氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)觀測器進(jìn)行了仿真和試驗驗證,結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計的觀測器可〖JP3〗以對柴油機(jī)的進(jìn)排氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確估計,為基于進(jìn)排氣氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的柴油機(jī)氣路控制器設(shè)計奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

    Abstract:

    An innovative oxygen mass fraction estimation method for turbocharged diesel engine was described. Based on the dynamic model of turbocharged diesel engine with high pressure exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), the Luenberger observer of the intake and exhaust oxygen mass fraction was developed. By using the data acquired from the standard sensors equipped on the engine, the intake and exhaust oxygen mass fraction can be estimated by using the Luenberger observer. The convergence stability of the observer was proved through a Lyapunov analysis, the results show that the observer can meet the stability requirements. It can be used for estimating the intake and exhaust oxygen mass fraction. For various reasons, it is not suitable to install universal exhaust gas oxygen (UEGO) sensor on the intake manifold; the intake oxygen mass fraction needs to be obtained by other means. The calculated algorithm of the intake oxygen mass fraction was proposed and the method was verified by using the GTPower simulation data. The maximum error was less than 1.3%, the results show that the calculation method was able to accurately calculate the intake oxygen mass fraction. Finally, the test bench of the YC4E170-31 diesel engine was built. The exhaust oxygen fraction can be calculated by using the UEGO sensor which was installed at the exhaust manifold. The observer of the intake and exhaust oxygen mass fraction was verified against the experimental data and simulation data, the results show that the observer can accurately estimate the intake and exhaust oxygen mass fraction, and the estimation error was in a reasonable range, which laid a foundation for air path controller design based on intake and exhaust oxygen mass fraction.
