    摘要:

    動(dòng)物個(gè)體信息和行為的智能感知與分析是精準(zhǔn)畜牧業(yè)的核心。牛、豬、羊等大型動(dòng)物因與人類關(guān)系密切、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值高受到國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。為了促進(jìn)中國(guó)精準(zhǔn)畜牧業(yè)的發(fā)展,分別從國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)視角,詳細(xì)總結(jié)、分析了精準(zhǔn)畜牧業(yè)中動(dòng)物信息感知與行為檢測(cè)的研究現(xiàn)狀、尚待研究的問題。包括個(gè)體識(shí)別、生長(zhǎng)狀況評(píng)估及體況評(píng)價(jià)各種方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,呼吸頻率與異常檢測(cè)、肢蹄運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)分與跛行檢測(cè)等異常和疾病檢測(cè),發(fā)情檢測(cè)、產(chǎn)前檢測(cè)及高危動(dòng)作識(shí)別等動(dòng)物生理周期關(guān)鍵時(shí)間段的行為感知方法等。結(jié)合精準(zhǔn)畜牧的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和應(yīng)用需求,在分析的基礎(chǔ)上指出,動(dòng)物信息智能感知與行為檢測(cè)未來(lái)將向無(wú)接觸、高精度、高自動(dòng)化程度方向發(fā)展,結(jié)合動(dòng)物病理學(xué)的早期肢蹄病灶自動(dòng)化檢測(cè)方法、不依賴評(píng)分結(jié)果的具有普遍性的狀態(tài)參數(shù)、接觸式傳感器對(duì)動(dòng)物的應(yīng)激作用、動(dòng)物高級(jí)行為的識(shí)別理論與方法、動(dòng)物身體區(qū)域精細(xì)識(shí)別研究、檢測(cè)設(shè)備/系統(tǒng)的有效性驗(yàn)證及效益研究與評(píng)估等將成為未來(lái)研究的方向。

    Abstract:

    The behavioral information on individual animal has a considerable relationship with animal’s welfare and diseases. Thus, perceiving animal information and behaviors are fundamental to precision livestock farming. A research review of respiration detection, locomotion score, body condition score, individual identification, behavioral analysis,etc. were summarized focusing on large animals,including cows, pigs, sheep, which are prevalent instock farming industry. And a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of different methods applied in all the aspects was presented in this review. In term of individual information acquisition and analysis(e.g., individual identification and body condition score), solutions based on 3D camera and depth image processing technolygy were emphasized, because such cameras were more robust to the environment when extracting the animal target from the image. In addition, locomotion score was one of the most important topics in precision livestock farming. Electronic sensors, audio recorder and digital cameras were used to perceive the individual information and prove feasible to detect the animals’ lameness automatically. Because of the earlier lameness detection requirements of practical application, the pathology of the limbs and hooves disease, the automatic trauma detection and universal parameters of lameness without scoring system should be considered in the future. In the behavior analysis aspect, some new research approaches were emphasized including the limb segmentation algorithm and the combination with human behavior analysis theory and method. Considering the development trend and requirements of practical application in precision farming, animals’ social behavior should be considered. The precision live farming should also consider the effectiveness, robustness and the stress to animals of the detection equipments, continue to move in contactless, high precision and automation direction.
