    現(xiàn)有的2D閥用電-機械轉(zhuǎn)換器從磁路原理和結(jié)構(gòu)而言均較為復(fù)雜,且不能在濕式狀態(tài)下工作。為此,基于單相對稱磁路設(shè)計了一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、有限轉(zhuǎn)角的新型濕式力矩馬達(dá),制作了實驗樣機并搭建了實驗平臺,分別基于磁路解析、數(shù)值模擬和實驗研究了該馬達(dá)的力矩-轉(zhuǎn)角特性以及頻率響應(yīng)等主要特性。實驗結(jié)果和模擬結(jié)果基本相符,顯示該馬達(dá)的矩角特性曲線呈線性關(guān)系,且幅值隨著電流增加而增大,其靜力矩幅值達(dá)到0042N〖DK〗·m,實測頻響能夠滿足直驅(qū)式2D比例閥和換向閥等的使用要求,適合作為此類場合的電-機械轉(zhuǎn)換器。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve problems that conventional electromechanical converter of 2D valve had deficiency of complicated magnetic circuit, intricate structure and lacking high pressure resistance, a torque motor with simple structure, limited working stroke and high pressure resistance was developed based on symmetrical magnetic circuit with singlephase excitation. Working principle and detailed structure were discussed. Prototype motor was fabricated and test rig for static and dynamic characteristics was built. Torqueangle characteristics and frequency response were studied using approaches of magnetic circuit analysis, FEM simulation and experiments. The experimental results were in a close agreement with the simulated results, which indicated the torqueangle characteristic was close to linear relationship and its amplitude increased with excited current. The simulated results don’t have hysteresis characteristics since it is a static electromagnetic simulation. And experimental curves show slight hysteresis, which are mainly due to magnetic hysteresis loops of soft magnetic materials and each static and dynamic frictions existing in the test rig. The maximum static torque reaches about 0.042N·m and the experimental frequency width can meet requirements of 2D proportional and directional valves. Therefore the proposed torque motor is appropriate to be an electromechanical converter of such applications. If proper heat treatment can be performed, the static and dynamic characteristics of torque motor will be further improved.
