    我國南方地區(qū)夏季長期高溫,嚴(yán)重影響了溫室作物生長。為了提高降溫效果且減少通風(fēng)能耗,需要優(yōu)化溫室機(jī)械通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和控制方法。以南方地區(qū)典型的連棟塑料溫室為研究對象,針對溫室機(jī)械通風(fēng),建立了三維全尺度瞬態(tài)及穩(wěn)態(tài)計(jì)算流體力學(xué)仿真模型。通過在溫室內(nèi)、外均勻布置溫、濕度和光照傳感器,測量機(jī)械通風(fēng)引起的溫室內(nèi)氣溫變化和分布,用實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了仿真模型瞬態(tài)和穩(wěn)態(tài)計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性。通過仿真模型模擬了室外高溫條件下的風(fēng)機(jī)數(shù)量、溫室長度、入口溫度及環(huán)境溫度變化等參數(shù)對機(jī)械通風(fēng)降溫效果的影響程度,并模擬了不同數(shù)量風(fēng)機(jī)啟閉控制的降溫效果。本文提供的控制策略最高可減少約60%的能源消耗,而植物冠層平均溫度僅升高0.21℃。

    Abstract:

    Due to the long-term summer in southern China, the crops in greenhouses suffer from high temperature seriously. In order to improve the cooling effect and reduce the energy consumption of ventilation, it is necessary to optimize the design and control strategy for the mechanical ventilation system of greenhouses. A full-scale 3-D transient and steady CFD simulation model was established for a typical multi-span plastic greenhouse in southern China. By using evenly distributed temperature, humidity and light sensors inside and outside the greenhouse, the variation and distribution of temperature driven by the mechanical ventilation were measured. The comparison between the experimental and simulation results showed that the CFD model was valid. Under the high ambient temperature, the CFD model was carried out to investigate the impact of design parameters, such as the number of working fans, length of greenhouse, inlet temperature and outside environment temperature, on cooling effect of mechanical ventilation. And then the cooling effect under different control strategies of mechanical ventilation was simulated to reduce the energy consumption. The proposed CFD model can provide optimized parameters for the design and control of multi-span plastic greenhouse mechanical ventilation in summer, which can be applied to improve the cooling effect and reduce energy consumption of ventilation.
