    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于無(wú)線傳感網(wǎng)的設(shè)施環(huán)境二氧化碳精準(zhǔn)調(diào)控系統(tǒng),包括主控節(jié)點(diǎn)、監(jiān)測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)及補(bǔ)施節(jié)點(diǎn),通過(guò)ZigBee協(xié)議實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)間信息交互。監(jiān)測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)實(shí)時(shí)獲取設(shè)施內(nèi)多點(diǎn)二氧化碳濃度、溫度、光照數(shù)據(jù);主控節(jié)點(diǎn)根據(jù)作物各階段最適生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境,結(jié)合溫度與光照閾值,動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)算二氧化碳濃度目標(biāo)值與實(shí)時(shí)值之間的差值作為調(diào)控參數(shù),采用反饋控制實(shí)現(xiàn)二氧化碳動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)控;為改善以往設(shè)施二氧化碳補(bǔ)施不均的普遍現(xiàn)象,設(shè)施中氣體擴(kuò)散管道采取雙M型布置方式,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)孔大小不同的二氧化碳擴(kuò)散孔,由補(bǔ)施節(jié)點(diǎn)配合對(duì)流裝置控制各小區(qū)域的二氧化碳排放量,達(dá)到均勻和定量補(bǔ)施的目的。實(shí)地布置和試驗(yàn)表明基于無(wú)線傳感網(wǎng)的設(shè)施環(huán)境二氧化碳調(diào)控系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定可靠運(yùn)行,以設(shè)施番茄為研究對(duì)象,在面積36.66m2日光溫室內(nèi)補(bǔ)施目標(biāo)值與實(shí)時(shí)值的相對(duì)誤差小于3.5%,在面積27.74m2玻璃溫室內(nèi)驗(yàn)證監(jiān)測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn)間二氧化碳濃度變異系數(shù)小于2.93%,證明本系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)二氧化碳精準(zhǔn)及均勻補(bǔ)充。

    Abstract:

    Carbon dioxide is the necessary material for plant photosynthesis, and building favorable carbon dioxide environment in facilities is essential for crop growth. The design of an environment carbon dioxide precision control system based on wireless sensor network (WSN) was introduced, which was composed of master node, monitoring node and fertilizing node. Information interaction among nodes were achieved with ZigBee protocol, which was a general protocol for wireless sensor network. Monitoring node was used to monitor real-time carbon dioxide concentration, temperature and light intensity in facilities environment. With a feedback control, master nodes achieved dynamic adjustment of carbon dioxide based on different growing seasons for various plants in facilities and combining optimum thresholds of temperature and lights. To improve the disadvantage of uneven carbon dioxide implementation, double M type conductive pipe was deployed in facilities. Meanwhile, different hole sizes on the pipe were designed for acquiring the same instantaneous flow. In collaboration with convection device, fertilizing node controlled the carbon dioxide emissions through gas tank passing and breaking, and guaranteed the uniformity of carbon dioxide implementation. The results show that the relative error between the target and the real-time value is less than 3.5% in solar greenhouse with area of 36.66m2. The designed experiment result shows that the variation coefficient of carbon dioxide concentration among monitoring nodes is less than 2.93% in glasshouse with area of 27.74m2, which proves that the system can realize precise and uniform fertilizing of carbon dioxide.
