    摘要:

    為了探究適合植保無(wú)人機(jī)藥箱液位實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的可行方法,闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外常見(jiàn)的接觸式和非接觸式液位監(jiān)測(cè)方法,包括差壓式、浮體式、電極式、電容式、超聲波式、激光式、光電式、流量計(jì)式、機(jī)器視覺(jué)式、雷達(dá)式等主要方法,指出了植保無(wú)人機(jī)作業(yè)過(guò)程中,其藥箱存在的特點(diǎn),包括液面波動(dòng)劇烈、藥液的理化特性各異、藥箱空間小、防腐蝕要求高等,并對(duì)上述常見(jiàn)液位測(cè)量方法用于植保無(wú)人機(jī)藥箱液位測(cè)量時(shí)存在的局限進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了適合植保無(wú)人機(jī)質(zhì)量輕、功耗小、精度高、耐腐蝕藥箱液位監(jiān)測(cè)方法及裝置,并針對(duì)植保無(wú)人機(jī)藥箱液位監(jiān)測(cè)中需克服的難題,提出了氣壓式液位無(wú)線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)的解決方案,為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)適用于植保無(wú)人機(jī)的藥箱液位監(jiān)測(cè)裝置提供參考。

    Abstract:

    The liquid-level data is one of the most important informations for flying operators of spaying UAV. During the operation, the liquid content in the pesticide tank is dynamic, the flying operators have always to pay attention to the liquid content so that they can make suitable decisions for the flight control according to the liquid content adjustment in the pesticide tank. Therefore, the liquid-level monitoring method for pesticide tank is important in the design of key components of spraying UAV. In order to explore the feasible method for liquid-level monitoring of pesticide tank in spraying UAV, several major methods about contact and non-contact liquid-level monitorings were reviewed, including differential pressure, floating electrode, capacitance, ultrasonic, laser, photoelectric, flowmeter, machine vision and radar. Spraying UAV has special requirements, such as liquid surface violent fluctuation, different physical and chemical properties of different pesticides, different shapes in different tanks and high anti-corrosion requirements and small size of tank. Lots of limitations of the above mentioned methods when they were used in spraying UAV were pointed out. And then solutions called air-pressure wireless liquid-level monitoring (APWLLM), a kind of non-contact liquid-level monitoring method, which was suitable for use in spraying UAV, were proposed. It would provide a reference for the further development of liquid-level monitoring device for pesticide tank in spraying UAV.
