    摘要:

    針對(duì)往復(fù)泵因配流單向閥運(yùn)動(dòng)不穩(wěn)定和關(guān)閉不及時(shí)導(dǎo)致的計(jì)量精度不高等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種采用泵控式計(jì)量的輕型商用車(chē)用高精度隔膜計(jì)量泵。闡述了隔膜計(jì)量泵的結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作原理,并借助AMESim仿真平臺(tái)對(duì)隔膜計(jì)量泵進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)模擬,分析了進(jìn)口單向閥閥芯的響應(yīng)特性。對(duì)進(jìn)口單向閥的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,在滿(mǎn)足閥口最小開(kāi)度的前提下,通過(guò)機(jī)械限位限制閥芯的最大開(kāi)啟量xmax,降低了閥芯關(guān)閉時(shí)間和尿素液回流對(duì)輸出流量的影響。最后,搭建了隔膜計(jì)量泵性能試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。在額定噴射壓力2MPa時(shí),測(cè)得隔膜計(jì)量泵單次排量為0.09mL;經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化后的隔膜計(jì)量泵計(jì)量精度由±5%提高至±3%;在150~420r/min時(shí),噴射尿素液流量可在13.5~40mL/min范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié),且最大流量為2.26L/h,能夠滿(mǎn)足輕型商用車(chē)SCR系統(tǒng)在不同工況下的尿素液需求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of low measuring accuracy of the reciprocating pump due to unstable movement and untimely closure of the distribution oneway valve, a high precision diaphragm metering pump (DMP) with pump control metering, which is used for light commercial vehicle, was designed and developed. The DMP realized the integration of urea solution transportation and metering, simplified the structure of SCR system and reduced the cost. The structure and working principle of the DMP were introduced. The DMP was driven by a stepping motor. By setting the speed n of the stepper motor, the flow rate q can be adjusted accurately. Dynamic simulation of the DMP was carried out by using AMESim, and the response characteristics of the inlet oneway valve core were analyzed. The structure of the inlet oneway valve was optimized. Under the premise of meeting the minimum opening of the valve port, the maximum opening xmax of the valve core was limited by mechanical limit, which reduced the closing time of the valve core and the influence of urea solution reflux on the flow rate. Finally, the test system was built to test the performance of the DMP. When the rated injection pressure was 2MPa, the single displacement of the DMP was measured to be 0.09mL. The measuring accuracy of 4~6 DMP without structural optimization were reduced as the speed increase. The measuring accuracy were within ±5%. However, the measuring accuracy of 1~3 DMP were within the range of ±3% after structural optimization. At 150~420r/min, the flow rate of urea solution can be adjusted in the range of 13.5~40mL/min, and the maximum flow rate was 2.26L/h, which can meet the requirement for urea solution of the light commercial vehicle SCR system under different working conditions.
