    以一種應(yīng)用于蔬菜缽苗移栽機(jī)、能實(shí)現(xiàn)非勻速連續(xù)傳動的新型旋轉(zhuǎn)式取苗機(jī)構(gòu)為研究對象,針對取苗機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)性問題,應(yīng)用配重法改進(jìn)取苗機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu),以減小機(jī)構(gòu)振動、改善其動力學(xué)性能。建立配重優(yōu)化設(shè)計模型,采用窮舉法通過UG和ADAMS軟件分析得到配重的質(zhì)量和質(zhì)心向徑分別為0.21kg和102mm。應(yīng)用ADAMS軟件開展取苗機(jī)構(gòu)動力學(xué)仿真與分析,并進(jìn)行取苗機(jī)構(gòu)樣機(jī)的動力學(xué)試驗,對安裝配重前、后取苗機(jī)構(gòu)支座反力的仿真和試驗結(jié)果分別進(jìn)行比較,驗證取苗機(jī)構(gòu)動力學(xué)性能的改善。試驗結(jié)果表明,取苗機(jī)構(gòu)x和y方向支座反力的最大幅值分別由改進(jìn)前的409N和77N減小為369N和69N,降低了98%和104%;其方差由改進(jìn)前的5126N2和553N2分別減小為3391N2和398N2,降低了33.8%和28%,表明取苗機(jī)構(gòu)的動力學(xué)性能得到了改善,工作平穩(wěn)性得以提高。

    Abstract:

    A type of rotary seedling pickup mechanism used in vegetable plug seedling transplanter which can realize nonuniform continuous transmission was taken as the research object. In order to improve the working stability of the seedling pickup mechanism, the counterweights method was used to improve the structure of the seedling pickup mechanism to reduce the vibration of the mechanism and improve the performance of the mechanism. The optimization design model of the counterweight was established, and the mass and centroid radius of the counterweight was determined as 0.21kg and 102mm respectively by using the exhaustive method through UG and ADAMS software. ADAMS software was applied to carry out the dynamics simulation and analysis of the seedling pickup mechanism. Counterweight was machined and assembled on the mechanism prototype to conduct dynamics tests. The simulation and test results of bearing reaction force of the seedling pickup mechanism after addition of the counterweight were compared with that before addition of the counterweight to verify the validity of the dynamics performance improvement of the seedling pickup mechanism respectively. The prototype test results showed that the maximal amplitudes of bearing reaction force of the seedling pickup mechanism in x and y directions were reduced from 409N and 77N before improvement to 369N and 69N, respectively, which were decreased by 9.8% and 10.4%. At the same time, the variances were reduced from 5126N2 and 553N2 before improvement to 3391N2 and 398N2, respectively, which were decreased by 33.8% and 28%. The dynamics performance of the seedling pickup mechanism was better and the working stability of the mechanism was also improved.
