    摘要:

    針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)存在傳感器少、投入成本高、建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng)和對(duì)環(huán)境不友好等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種可移動(dòng)式農(nóng)田信息智能采集車。利用Matlab仿真對(duì)關(guān)鍵部件機(jī)械臂的構(gòu)成和運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行了分析和模擬,對(duì)采集車進(jìn)行了小麥田間性能測(cè)試。結(jié)果顯示,采集車整體設(shè)計(jì)合理,車輛通過(guò)性強(qiáng),越障最大傾斜角達(dá)30°,最大遙控距離45m,獲取圖像清晰。將傳感器采集的數(shù)據(jù)與常用高精度儀器測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比對(duì),農(nóng)田信息采集車所采集溫度、濕度、光照強(qiáng)度、CO2濃度、風(fēng)速、土壤溫度和土壤濕度與高精度儀器設(shè)備所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.90,單個(gè)采樣點(diǎn)平均采集時(shí)間為45s,數(shù)據(jù)采集滿足需求。該采集車可實(shí)現(xiàn)定時(shí)、定點(diǎn)大范圍獲取田間數(shù)據(jù)的功能,能夠替代傳統(tǒng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)或?qū)ζ溥M(jìn)行補(bǔ)充。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the information of field environment and soil in a quicker and more convenient way, a type of information collection vehicle based on TCP was designed. The overall design of the vehicle system included power system, motion control system, power supply system, wireless image transmission system and sensor detection system. The corresponding data can be obtained by sensor detection system, which included DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, photoresistor sensor, DS-CO2-20 carbon dioxide sensor and hot wire wind speed sensor. It was proposed to use the 5DOF manipulator and the selfmade soil sensor bit to obtain the soil temperature and humidity information. The composition and operation of the manipulator were analyzed and simulated by Matlab simulation. According to the results of the performance tests carried out on the collection vehicle in the wheat field, it can be seen that the overall design of the collection vehicle was reasonable. The vehicle had strong passability. The maximum tilt angle was up to 30° and the maximum remote control distance was 45m. Precise pictures can be secured as well. Compared with those measured by common highprecision instruments, the data collected by the sensor integrated in the vehicle met the needs of experiment, as the correlation coefficient between the temperature, humidity, light intensity, CO2 concentration, wind speed, soil temperature and soil moisture measured by the agricultural information collection vehicle and the highprecision instruments was greater than 0.90. The collection vehicle can realize the function of obtaining field data in a large range at a fixed time, and replace and supplement the traditional Internet of things system.
