    水田側(cè)深施肥田間試驗受插秧作業(yè)季短、作業(yè)性能不穩(wěn)定等多種因素影響,而傳統(tǒng)室內(nèi)土槽無法進行風送式水田施肥試驗,設(shè)計了一種可進行風送水田施肥排肥參數(shù)檢測的試驗臺。試驗臺主要由機械部分、測控部分、風送排肥部分和軟件部分組成。綜合采用自動控制技術(shù)、多傳感器技術(shù)和液壓傳動技術(shù)模擬水田工況,實現(xiàn)風送排肥過程中風壓、風速等參數(shù)實時采集和顯示,可靈活控制排肥輪轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)停頻率。試驗臺性能驗證試驗表明,試驗臺行進速度可在0~1.62m/s內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié),誤差1.5%;輸肥氣流速度在0~30m/s之間,滿足風送排肥需求;排肥系統(tǒng)最大排肥變異系數(shù)為5.79%,施肥效果良好。對該試驗臺進行側(cè)深施肥系統(tǒng)測試,結(jié)果表明,對施肥均勻性變異系數(shù)的影響因素由大到小依次為:排肥輪轉(zhuǎn)速、臺車前進速度、風機風速。試驗臺能夠在實驗室環(huán)境進行風送式水田施肥機構(gòu)參數(shù)檢測,縮短了水田風送施肥關(guān)鍵部件的研發(fā)周期,為實現(xiàn)水田施肥智能控制打下基礎(chǔ)。

    Abstract:

    In view of the field experiment of deep fertilization in paddy field affected by various factors such as short planting season and unstable operation performance, the traditional indoor soil tank could not carry out the experiment of deep fertilization in paddy field by air delivery, a test bench was designed independently to detect the parameters of deep fertilization and fertilizer discharge in paddy field by air delivery. The test bed was mainly composed of the mechanical part, the control part, the fertilization by wind and the software part. The automatic control technology, multi-sensor technology and hydraulic transmission technology were adopted comprehensively to simulate the working conditions of paddy fields, realize the real-time collection and display of wind pressure, wind speed and other parameters during the process of wind feeding and discharging fertilizer, and flexibly control the speed and turn off frequency of the fertilizer discharging wheel. The performance verification test showed that the traveling speed of the test bed can be adjusted within 0~1.62m/s with an error of 1.5%. The fan provides air velocity of 0~30m/s to meet the demand of air feeding and discharging fertilizer. The maximum coefficient of variation was 5.79%, which met the requirements of fertilization. Based on the test-bed, the results showed that the influencing factors of fertilizer uniformity, fertilizer amount variation coefficient were as follows: fertilizer wheel speed, trolley forward speed, wind speed. The test-bed can test the parameters of the side deep fertilizer in the laboratory environment. The research and development cycle of key components of side deep fertilization in paddy field was shortened. This study laid a foundation for the realization of intelligent control of side deep fertilization in paddy field.
