    摘要:

    針對(duì)磁流變(Magnetorheological, MR)減振控制系統(tǒng)邊界條件難以確定、外界激勵(lì)未知、系統(tǒng)存在建模與結(jié)構(gòu)誤差等實(shí)際工程問題,本文基于模糊估計(jì)與觀測(cè)理論,以斜拉索減振為應(yīng)用對(duì)象,提出了一種具有監(jiān)督功能的斜拉索-磁流變系統(tǒng)自適應(yīng)模糊減振控制器設(shè)計(jì)方法。在控制器設(shè)計(jì)中,通過模糊估計(jì)、自適應(yīng)補(bǔ)償器策略降低未知激勵(lì)突變、參數(shù)與建模估計(jì)誤差對(duì)減振控制性能的影響,并且引入監(jiān)督控制方法監(jiān)督減振控制性能,提高了減振控制系統(tǒng)的控制精度?;诶钛牌章宸蚍椒ㄗC明了斜拉索-磁流變阻尼器減振系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)有界、漸進(jìn)穩(wěn)定,斜拉索以小振速、小振幅收斂。最后以寧波招寶山斜拉橋C20號(hào)斜拉索為例進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證,仿真結(jié)果表明,該方法對(duì)未知外界激勵(lì)干擾、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)不確定具有魯棒性,且減振效果明顯。

    Abstract:

    A design method of adaptive fuzzy damping controller for stay cable-magnetorheological system with supervision function was proposed on fuzzy estimation and observation theory,which took the vibration reduction of stay cables as the application object to solve the practical engineering problems in magnetorheological damping control, such as difficult to determine boundary conditions, unknown external excitation, modeling and structural errors in the system. In the controller design, the fuzzy estimation and adaptive compensator strategies were used to reduce the influence of unknown excitation mutation, parameters and modeling estimation errors on the damping control performance, and the supervisory control method was introduced to supervise the vibration reduction control performance. The control accuracy of the damping control system was improved. Based on the Lyapunov method, it was proved that the state of the stay cable-magnetorheological damper system was bounded and asymptotically stable, and the stay cable converged with small vibration velocity and small amplitude. Finally, the simulation verification was carried out by taking the stay cable C20 of Ningbo Zhaobaoshan cable-stayed bridge as an example, and the simulation results showed that the method was robust to unknown external excitation disturbance and uncertain system structure, and the damping effect was outstanding.
