    摘要:

    針對(duì)大白菜種子機(jī)械化收獲時(shí)滾筒脫出物各組分農(nóng)藝形態(tài)差異大、物理特性復(fù)雜等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種由內(nèi)流式圓筒篩(內(nèi)置螺旋輸送器)、橫流吸雜風(fēng)機(jī)等組成的分離清選裝置。闡述了該裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)組成和工作原理,通過理論分析確定了其關(guān)鍵部件的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作參數(shù)。選取圓筒篩轉(zhuǎn)速、內(nèi)螺旋輸送器轉(zhuǎn)速和橫流風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速為試驗(yàn)因素,以含雜率和損失率為性能指標(biāo),結(jié)合單因素試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,開展正交試驗(yàn),采用綜合評(píng)分法優(yōu)化得到了裝置最佳工作參數(shù)組合并進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:影響裝置清選性能指標(biāo)的試驗(yàn)因素由大到小為:橫流風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、圓筒篩轉(zhuǎn)速、內(nèi)螺旋輸送器轉(zhuǎn)速,裝置的最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合為:圓筒篩轉(zhuǎn)速70r/min、內(nèi)螺旋輸送器轉(zhuǎn)速200r/min、橫流風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速700r/min。在該參數(shù)組合下進(jìn)行了性能驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為含雜率2.75%,損失率0.62%,滿足行業(yè)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

    Abstract:

    In view of the difficulty in separation and cleaning caused by the great difference of agronomic morphology and complex physical characteristics of the components of the exfoliates during the mechanized harvesting of Chinese cabbage seeds, a separation and cleaning device composed of an internal flow cylindrical sieve (with a inner spiral auger) and a crossflow suction fan was designed. The structure and working principle of the device were described, and the structure and working parameters of its key components were determined by theoretical analysis.The rotational speed of the cylinder sieve, the inner spiral auger and the crossflow fan were selected as the test factors, the hybrid rate and the loss rate were taken as the performance indexes, the orthogonal test was carried out, and the optimum working parameter combination of the device was obtained by using the comprehensive scoring method and the test was verified.The results showed that the main and second order of the test factors that affected the cleaning performance of the device were speed of the crossflow fan, speed of the cylindrical screen and speed of the auger, and the optimal parameter combination of the separation and cleaning device was speed of the crossflow fan of 70r/min, speed of the auger of 200r/min and speed of the crossflow fan of 700r/min.The performance verification test was carried out under the parameter combination, and the results showed that the impurity content and loss rate of Chinese cabbage seeds were 2.75% and 0.62% respectively, which met the requirements of relevant industry standards. 
