    摘要:

    營(yíng)養(yǎng)液配置及灌溉控制技術(shù)已成為無(wú)土栽培中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),然而目前營(yíng)養(yǎng)液管理控制中存在配置流程繁瑣、營(yíng)養(yǎng)液配比不精準(zhǔn)及灌溉策略單一等問(wèn)題,阻礙了無(wú)土栽培技術(shù)的大面積推廣應(yīng)用。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于馬利奧特裝置的營(yíng)養(yǎng)液管理控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要由營(yíng)養(yǎng)液配制系統(tǒng)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)液灌溉控制系統(tǒng)兩部分組成。通過(guò)EC(電導(dǎo)率)和pH值傳感器實(shí)時(shí)獲取營(yíng)養(yǎng)液成分,建立配液系統(tǒng),依據(jù)不同作物營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求自動(dòng)、快速配置目標(biāo)營(yíng)養(yǎng)液。根據(jù)不同用戶的需求,結(jié)合作物栽培區(qū)的氣象參數(shù)和應(yīng)用環(huán)境,制定了3種不同的灌溉策略:參比蒸散灌溉模式、光照輻射灌溉模式、定時(shí)灌溉模式。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該系統(tǒng)可以快速、準(zhǔn)確地實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)液的管理控制,為作物的無(wú)土栽培技術(shù)的大面積推廣應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

    Abstract:

    Nutrient solution configuration and irrigation control technology have become the key technology in soilless culture. However, the current nutrient solution management control has problems such as cumbersome configuration process, inaccurate nutrient solution ratio and single irrigation strategy, which hinder the development of soilless culture technology. Aiming at the above-mentioned various problems, nutrient solution management and control system was designed based on the Mariotte device. The system was mainly composed of nutrient solution preparation system and nutrient solution irrigation control system. Through EC (conductivity) value and pH value sensors, the components of the nutrient solution were obtained in real time, the mathematical model of liquid preparation and prescription was established, and the target nutrient solution was automatically and quickly configured according to the nutritional needs of different crops. According to the needs of different users, combined with the meteorological parameters and application environment of the crop cultivation area, three different irrigation strategies were formulated. Experiments showed that the system can quickly and accurately realize the management and control of the nutrient solution, laying a part of the foundation for the production of soilless cultivation of crops. 
