    摘要:

    針對蠶豆種子三軸尺寸差異大、清種難、易重播的問題,設(shè)計了一種鏈勺翻轉(zhuǎn)清種式蠶豆精密排種器。對排種器關(guān)鍵部件參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,通過理論分析建立了種子在清種區(qū)的動力學(xué)模型;利用DEM-MBD耦合方法進(jìn)一步分析了彈簧張緊力、種層高度、作業(yè)速度、清種區(qū)排種鏈傾角和充種區(qū)排種鏈傾角對排種性能的影響,校核了彈簧剛度,確定了彈簧張緊力為50N,種層高度為75mm。以充種區(qū)排種鏈傾角、清種區(qū)排種鏈傾角和作業(yè)速度為試驗因素,合格指數(shù)、重播指數(shù)、漏播指數(shù)為試驗指標(biāo),采用二次回歸正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗方法進(jìn)行臺架試驗;試驗結(jié)果表明,最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合為:作業(yè)速度4.25km/h、清種區(qū)排種鏈傾角-2.9°、充種區(qū)排種鏈傾角74°;對上述組合參數(shù)進(jìn)行排種性能試驗驗證,得到此時合格指數(shù)為93.83%,重播指數(shù)為5.67%,漏播指數(shù)為0.50%,滿足蠶豆播種要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the big difference in the three-axis size of broad bean seeds, which leads to the difficulty of seed clearing and easy reseeding, a precision seed metering device for broad bean was designed with a chain spoon flip-over clearing type. The structural parameters of the key components were determined through theoretical calculations, and the dynamic model of the seed cleaning process was established. The factors that affected the seeding performance indicators were obtained as follows: spring tension, seed layer height, operating speed, seed cleaning area, inclination of the chain and the inclination of the chain in the filling zone. The DEM-MBD coupling method was used to further determine the influencing factors, and the spring stiffness coefficient was checked, and the spring tension was determined to be 50N and the seed layer height to be 75mm. Taking the inclination angle of the seeding chain in the filling area, the inclination angle of the seeding chain in the cleaning area and the operating speed as the test factors, the qualified index, the replay index, and the missed seeding index as the test indicators, and the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combined test method was used for the bench test. The test results showed that the optimal parameter combination was the operating speed of 4.25km/h, the inclination of the seeding chain in the clearing zone was -2.9°, and the inclination of the seeding chain in the filling zone was 74°. It was obtained that the qualified index was 93.83%, the replay index was 5.67%, and the missed seeding index was 0.50%, which met the requirements of broad bean seeding.
