    摘要:

    耕地系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)價(jià)是改善區(qū)域耕地系統(tǒng)安全狀態(tài)和保障糧食生產(chǎn)安全的重要舉措。以長(zhǎng)株潭地區(qū)為研究區(qū),從耕地?cái)?shù)量、質(zhì)量和生態(tài)三者系統(tǒng)性保護(hù)的視角,構(gòu)建耕地系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用量子遺傳算法改進(jìn)的投影尋蹤模型,定量分析耕地系統(tǒng)安全的時(shí)空演變特征,識(shí)別關(guān)鍵因子。結(jié)果表明:研究區(qū)各子系統(tǒng)投影值呈“交錯(cuò)遞減”狀態(tài),耕地系統(tǒng)安全綜合投影值波動(dòng)式降低,由2009年的1.2521減少到2019年的1.2517;2019年,長(zhǎng)株潭地區(qū)耕地系統(tǒng)安全表現(xiàn)為由中心城區(qū)向四周城郊區(qū)輻射式提升的空間分異特征;針對(duì)不同耕地系統(tǒng)安全等級(jí)區(qū),因地制宜提出了調(diào)控措施,有利于提升區(qū)域耕地系統(tǒng)安全狀態(tài);耕地總面積、人均耕地面積、耕地墾殖率、單位耕地面積地膜負(fù)荷和污水集中處理率是影響該地區(qū)耕地系統(tǒng)安全的關(guān)鍵因子,需積極從保護(hù)耕地?cái)?shù)量和提高耕地利用管理水平方面維持和改善當(dāng)?shù)馗叵到y(tǒng)安全狀態(tài)。本研究可為長(zhǎng)株潭地區(qū)耕地保護(hù)及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供理論支撐。

    Abstract:

    With the development of urbanization, the security of the regional cultivated land system was facing certain threats, and the evaluation of the security of the cultivated land system was critical as an important measure to improve the security status of the regional cultivated land system and ensure the safety of food production. Taking the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan (Chang-Zhu-Tan) region as the research area, from the perspective of systematic protection of cultivated land quantity, cultivated land quality and cultivated land ecology, to construct a safety evaluation index system of cultivated land system, and the improved projection pursuit model of quantum genetic algorithm was used to quantitatively analyze spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of cropland system security and identify its key factors. The results showed that the projection value of each subsystem in the study area presented a state of “staggered decrease”, and the comprehensive safety projection value of the cultivated land system presented a fluctuating decreasing trend of “first increase, then gentle and then decrease”, from 1.2521 in 2009 to 1.2517 in 2019. In 2019, the safety spatial pattern of the cultivated land system in the Chang-Zhu-Tan region showed a differential characteristic of radial improvement from the central urban area to the surrounding distant and suburbs. In view of different cultivated land system safety grade areas, regulatory measures were put forward according to local conditions. The total cultivated land area, per capita cultivated land area, cultivated land reclamation rate, mulch load per unit of cultivated land area and sewage treatment rate were the key factors affecting the safety of the cultivated land system in the region, and it was necessary to actively maintain and improve the safety status of the local cultivated land system in terms of protecting the amount of cultivated land and improving the level of utilization and management of cultivated land. The results can provide theoretical support for cultivated land protection and highquality social and economic development in Chang-Zhu-Tan region.
