    呼吸及反芻是奶山羊最基本的生理活動(dòng),及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地同步獲取奶山羊的呼吸及反芻信息可以為評估奶山羊健康狀況提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。針對現(xiàn)有方法呼吸及反芻同步監(jiān)測能力的不足,提出了一種基于聲學(xué)沖激響應(yīng)的單只靜臥奶山羊呼吸及反芻同步監(jiān)測方法。該方法首先利用聲學(xué)在室內(nèi)空間中的多徑效應(yīng),實(shí)現(xiàn)奶山羊呼吸過程中胸脯起伏及反芻過程中嘴部咀嚼動(dòng)作全向采集;其次計(jì)算收發(fā)信號(hào)的沖激響應(yīng),捕捉由呼吸及反芻運(yùn)動(dòng)造成多徑信號(hào)周期性變化的特征;然后利用呼吸及反芻運(yùn)動(dòng)頻率差實(shí)現(xiàn)呼吸和反芻信號(hào)的分離;最后經(jīng)過幅度歸一化、相位同步后實(shí)現(xiàn)呼吸及反芻波形的可視化。為了驗(yàn)證該方法的有效性,選用了不同朝向的靜臥奶山羊進(jìn)行呼吸及反芻監(jiān)測試驗(yàn),并分析了環(huán)境噪聲對試驗(yàn)的影響,結(jié)果表明:對于不同朝向的奶山羊,該方法呼吸平均相對誤差為2.60%,反芻平均相對誤差為3.51%,平均漏幀率為2.49%,并對環(huán)境噪聲有較強(qiáng)的抗干擾能力。

    Abstract:

    Respiration and rumination are the most basic physiological activities of dairy goats. The timely and accurate simultaneous obtain of the information on respiratory and rumination of dairy goats can provide data support for evaluating the health status of dairy goats. Aiming at the deficiency of the existing methods for simultaneous monitoring of respiration and rumination, a method for simultaneously monitoring respiration and rumination of a single lying dairy goats was proposed based on acoustic impulse response. Firstly, the multipath effect of acoustics in indoor space was used to realize omnidirectional acquisition of breast undulation during respiration and mouth chewing movement during rumination of dairy goats. Secondly, the impulse response of the received and transmitted signals was calculated to capture the characteristics of the periodic changes of multipath signals caused by respiration and rumination. Then the frequency difference of respiration and rumination was used to separate respiration and rumination signals. Finally, after amplitude normalization and phase synchronization, visualization of breath and rumination waveforms was realized. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, the lying dairy goats were selected in different positions and orientations to conduct respiration and rumination monitoring experiments, and the influence of environmental noise on the test was analyzed. The results showed that for dairy goats at different orientations, the average relative error of this method was 2.60% for respiration, 3.51% for rumination, and 2.49% for frame leakage.The results of this study can provide technical support for the health monitoring of dairy goats with infectious diseases and other separately fed dairy goats.
