    摘要:

    提出利用MATLAB語(yǔ)言的SIMULINK軟件包對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真的方法。介紹了SIMULINK軟件包的特點(diǎn),并以閥控液壓缸為例建立了液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)模型,給出了仿真模型,詳細(xì)介紹了如何利用SIMULINK對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行仿真。利用SIMULINK進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真的步驟是:首先建立液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)模型,其次建立仿真模型,然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)初始化,最后進(jìn)行仿真。同時(shí)討論了影響液壓系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)特性的主要因素。結(jié)果表明,SIMULINK方法是對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行仿真的一條有效途徑。

    Abstract:

    A method to dynamically simulate a hydraulic system based on the software SIMULINK is presented. The characteristic of software SIMULINK is introduced and the dynamical model of valve controlled hydraulic cylinder is constructed. The simulation model is established and the method to simulate the dynamical characteristics of the hydraulic system is introduced in detail. The dynamical simulation of hydraulic system can be made by establishing the dynamical model and the simulation model of hydraulic system, initializing the parameters of the system, and implementing the dynamical simulation. Meanwhile the key factors affecting the dynamical characteristics of hydraulic system are discussed. The simulation results show that the SIMULINK method is an effective way to simulate the dynamical characteristics of the hydraulic system.
